TPI was hired as an advisor to support Lidl through a major change. Lidl Italy has always been used to developing its entire communication strategy and related creativity, using a roster of agencies and production companies involved as “executors”. Lidl wanted to make further quality improvements by finding a single strategic/creative partner to entrust with the task of studying and implementing the new communication strategy and campaigns on all media, supporting Lidl in this cultural and process change.
TPI was by Lidl’s side throughout the whole process: from the study of the model of the new ecosystem, scouting, setting up and coaching the bidding process, supporting the evaluations and negotiating the formal contract.
