Galbani needed to redesign and develop its website by re-engineering and migrating all the content to a new Open Source CMS platform.
The Producer International worked alongside and supported the client’s procurement with the aim to validate and define the offer proposed by Ogilvy/H&O. Thus, TPI identified areas for optimization and better definition of the supplier’s Scope Of Work, and carried out negotiations with the procurement department.
