SisalPay, SISAL’s Business Unit specialising in payment services spread throughout Italy, and Banca 5, BANCA INTESA’s “proximity” bank, have merged to create a Newco. The aim is to offer an extremely wide range of proximity and payment financial services, both digital and through a widespread network throughout the country. The new company has just studied its future positioning and is looking for a name that embodies its meaning.
